CATERING

Meals will be available as below:

Breakfast Bap £4.60

Small cooked breakfast £4.80

Full English breakfast £6.10

Coffee/Tea £2.25

For players who have booked a meal as part of their entry fee will be provided with a Meal Ticket on completion of their round.

A simple bar menu will be available on the day.

 

DRESS REGULATIONS

Clubhouse: Smart casual – no waterproofs – no golf shoes in the clubhouse

Course:  Normal golf clothing, tailored shorts with sport socks allowed.

 

MGU ADMINISTRATION

Locality of desk: By entry doors into lounge                

Score Cards. MGU tear off strip cards

Local rules/temporary local rules: EG hard card plus any local rules of the day.

Course planners are available at £5.00

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

First Aiders: Up to 12 trained staff on site                                                                                                                     

There are some wooden shelters with metal roofs (not earthed) on the course      

In the event of thunder and lightning the MGU have a storm monitor and hand-held klaxons and will take responsibility: Club have detection system and building mounted klaxons.

 

THE COURSE

Tees to be used: White Tees (measured course)

Players will be provided with a pin placement chart.                  

 

PRACTICE ROUND

A green fee of £27.50 mid-week and £27.50 at weekends after 1.00pm will apply for competitors only for one round. All other guests and additional rounds will incur the normal daily green fee rate for the day. All subject to availability and arranged directly with Pro-shop
