MIDLAND SENIORS PAIRS BETTER BALL COMPETITION

TO BE PLAYED AT FULFORD HEATH GOLF CLUB

ON WEDNESDAY 23rd MAY 2018

 

Entrants must have attained the age of 55 years on or before the day of the competition. Hold a CONGU ‘active’ handicap and the limit will be 12.

CATERING

The club house will open at approx. 06:30am

A bar menu will be available all day for food on a cash sale basis.

Bacon rolls and coffee will be available from 07:00am onward at a cost of £4.00

A full English breakfast will be available from 07:00am onward at a cost of £7.50

 

DRESS REGULATIONS

Clubhouse: Smart casual. No waterproofs, no caps, no golf shoes.

Course: Normal golfing attire, tailored shorts and sports socks.

 

MGU ADMINISTRATION

The MGU registration desk will be located in the lower lounge.

Scores will be displayed in the main bar/lounge on the TV Screen

Course planners are not available however there is a plan of each hole on the tee marker

 

CAR PARKING

Overflow car park available for players and officials in addition to main car park.

 

THE COURSE

White tees to be used.

Pin position chart will be provided to all competitors on the day.

Yardage Markers are provided on the course with white disc 200 yards, yellow disc & green posts at 150 yards and red disc at 100 yards, all to centre of the green.

Players should be aware of a public ‘right of way’ adjacent to 1st fairway and marked on tee box. The starter will advise players on the day.

 

PRACTICE

To be arranged through Pro shop subject to availability. Competitors only at a green fee of £20.00.

Swing studio available through Proshop – special rates available on the day

Limited practice areas available 150yard area, wedge play, practice bunker, putting & chipping area
