Format: 36 Holes scratch medal. Five from six scores to count
Number of competitors: 60 (10 teams of 6)
Starting Times: 8.00am & 1.00pm
Tees: 1st and 9th tee at 10 minute intervals
Time course closed to members: Tuesday between 12:00 and 16:00 and all day Wednesday until 18:00
EG Boys County Championship (Midland Qualifying): The leading individual 36-hole score will gain a handicap exemption into the England Golf Carris Trophy.

Players Dinner – Two course hot meal
Bacon roll & coffee/Tea will be available on a Cash sale only.
Clubhouse: Smart casual. – No golf shoes, no waterproofs, no head gear. Jacket & tie for presentation.
Course: Boys: Normal golfing attire. Tailored shorts with white sport socks.
Locality of MGU registration desk: Committee room with access from patio. Golf shoes allowed at registration desk.
Leaderboard display will be located in the main bar

HEALTH & SAFETY
First Aid: Pro shop staff, duty manager, green keepers
There easy access for an ambulance to the course if required.
There a helicopter landing facility if required.
In the event of thunder and lightning the MGU have a klaxon and will take responsibility: MGU storm monitor & hand-held klaxons. Club klaxons operated by Pro shop
There wooden shelters on 4th and 10th holes.
There is a large car park available along with additional overflow parking if required.
Tees to be used: White (on stones)
Pin positions will be set by the course manager - Sensible & playable.
Players will be provided with a pin position chart.
Yardage Markers: Posts are positioned at 150 yards to centre of green
The official practice round is on 26th May 2020 with two tee times per county from 12:30 to 15:40 all to be booked through Neil Harris (MGU Secretary).
Additional practice rounds will be available at the rate of £15.00 per player and should be booked direct through the Pro Shop.
