Format: 36 Holes scratch medal. Five from six scores to count
Number of competitors: 60 (10 teams of 6)
Starting Times: 8.00am & 1.00pm
Tees: 1st and 9th tee at 10 minute intervals
Time course closed to members: Tuesday between 12:00 and 16:00 and all day Wednesday until 18:00
EG Boys County Championship (Midland Qualifying): The leading individual 36-hole score will gain a handicap exemption into the England Golf Carris Trophy.

The official practice round on Tuesday 28th May 2019 and is to be arranged by each county through Neil Harris MGU Secretary (01529 413195 email: email@example.com). Tees will be allocated between 12:30 to 15:300
Any other practice rounds will be charged at guest rate for the day and should be booked through the Pro Shop.
Meal Tickets will be provided by the MGU where appropriate.
Players lunch will be provided.
Players tea after round two will be provided.
Meals for officials are to be pre-booked through the MGU
All other food is on a cash sale basis.
Tuesday evening: Bar menu will be available after practice round for players and officials
Wednesday Breakfast: The club may be able to offer a full English breakfast for players and officials for £tbc from 7:00am.
All must be pre-ordered.
Clubhouse: Smart casual. No waterproofs or wet golf clothing. No spikes at first floor level
Course: Normal golfing attire, tailored short allowed with white sport socks. Updated code to be issued by club
Locality of desk: First floor in main bar/lounge area
MGU tear off strip score cards will be issued at registration desk.
Local rules/temporary local rules: EG Hard card + Local rules on the day.
HEALTH & SAFETY

There are wooden shelters on the course at 1st and 9th tee
In the event of thunder and lightning the MGU have a klaxon and will take responsibility: MGU storm monitor and hand held klaxons. Club system in place.
Tees to be used: White (measured course)
Players will be provided with a pin position chart
Players should be aware of public rights of way around perimeter of course outside boundaries. Report balls out of bounds on 4th and 12th
