A vacancy has arisen for a Junior Organiser for the Midland Golf Union as detailed below.

MGU JUNIOR ORGANISER – Terms of Reference

 Shall be in attendance, at junior events, and executive, junior and championship meetings.

 Should chair all Junior County Delegate meetings, and be a member of the Championship committee.

 Should present written and verbal reports at Executive and Championship committee meetings.

 Shall have responsibility for;

1. Midland Boys U14 Championship,
2. Midland U16 Cup,
3. Midland Junior Champion of Champions,
4. Midland Boys League (U18 and U16).

Shall provide the Secretary with all relevant information regarding condition of events for administration purposes.

 Shall carry out event previews as and when necessary with the Secretary.

 Shall provide the Secretary with the Junior league results for the publication of the League and Order of Merit tables.

The Junior Organiser will receive out of pocket expenses and an Honorarium of £300 per year.
